Morgan (mklym)will chime in here in a bit I would guess....but generally:
1. Sellers name is close to mine but it ain't me.
2. Seller has good rep. according to ebay.
3. Look at seller's other items. He's got a PILE of computers. Inventory..end of year etc.
4. Shipping is fair.
5. He has multiple units of this item.
I see no problem. Anyone else? :)

Make an offer $173 below asking. (Your shipping price plus import fees (est.)) :D THEN it's a fair deal........I looked shipping up in the ebay post. :D
Fair for you/ Fair for me.
I chose to NOT be organized.

You would probably get more/better feedback posting this in the ThinkPad section of NBR.

It's not that great of a deal. Not bad, but not great. Take Jeff's advice and make an offer of the asking price minus shipping costs to England. If it is accepted, then it is a good deal. Good luck.

I have a real soft spot for Lenovo/IBM units, I have about 13 Thinkpad R31's in the loft sealed because I couldn't bear to let them be thrown in the bin at my last place of work

I messed with them too before I got into Toughbooks. I love the older advanced docks where you can put a dedicated graphics card into them. I don't think you can do that with any of the newer Thinkpad docks.
