I just put a SSD in my girlfriends Dell Studio 1735 and was going to use her old WD Scorpio 320 GB (WD3200BEVT) as the 2nd hdd but don't know the jumper setting for it . I am going to use the new Intel 320 series drive as the master but not sure how to set the old drive. Check out the pic I took off of WD site. http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/det ... 391#jumper

BLAIR! I have seen this! Do NOT use any jumpers!

In the BIOS set the Hard drive mode to "IDE" or "Compatible" if you are running XP and if you are running VISTA or Win 7, set it to AHCI or "Performance"

Good luck!
