No reason to run 64 bit, and that is the issue ,Toyo had issues when he tried
Stick with 32bit

Whatever you do, don't do 64Bit. You will drive yourself crazy and the benefits are not that great either.

Yeah, I finally figured that out last night :P Reinstalled using 32 bit and everything was much smoother. Probably should have thought of that earlier.

it's the same message I got when I tried to update with win7:
"ERROR: This program will not run on this PC."
Did you ever get the BIOS updated ? Did you try using 7Zip http://download.cnet.com/7-Zip/3000-225 ... ag=mncol;1 to open the BIOS update. I just did a new install of windows 7 and the only drivers I had to install was the 3 Hkeys. Windows 7 installed the touchscreen for me.

I know I won't be trying it , don't like the looks of it at all . I would start with them drivers and see what happens...let us know if you do try it.

Blair,
Can you post a shot of your hid devices(expanded) from device manager please.

I want to compare it to my CF-19 for curiosities sake.

Thanks,

Jeff
