#1 Post by rusty503 »

Does anyone know what this connector is for? I believe I will need to use this connector in some way very soon. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge, wink, wink!
CF-30KTPJQAM Mk3 1.6 GHz, 4GB, 500GB HDD 7200 RPM, 13.3 TS, Fingerprint, Gobi, Bluetooth, Intel A/B/G/N, DVD-RW, Win 7 x64.

12 CF-29's MK5, One CF-18 MK5, One CF-19 MK1, 4 CF-51's MK3, 7 CF-51 MK2, one CF-74 MK3, One CF-30 Mk 3 and one CF-52 MK2. Wait, is that all I have? MUST HAVE MORE!

Rusty...I dismanle the whole unit completely and it is not pretty bad on doing it. I mentioned before that I have a housing a buttom cover with cracked on it. I replaced all of them and I just found out that CN46 actually for cmos battery back up for gps engine. This was based on my study and by tracing the line when I disassembled the unit. This is not 100% confirm as I aslo looking for an schematic of cf-30MK3. I do have cf-30 schematic for MK2 unit but I am pretty sure it is for the back up battery for gps.
