52 GUN doesn't need it with red backlit LED. This is the Touchscreen version with CF-30 style LCD.

They work on MY CF52.
You need to add the wiring on a CF52 for it to light. Otherwise it fits and works as a non lighted keyboard.

The original keyboards are glued and or pinned on. They can be difficult to remove without damage.
