WTB 2 Toughbooks + Desktop dock

I'm open to specific models but I'm thinking a CF-H1, CF-C1, etc.
I have two stations I want to create. One for dedicated IP camera viewing and the other to have a dedicated computer to attach to my 1080p projector. The unit that will be for dedicated IP camera viewing does not have to be too special. Compact and clean (desktop dock) 1024 x 768 is fine, WinXP is fine, nothing special.
The 2nd home theater unit I'd like to be i5. Of course these are just BS setups and not used very heavily. I've seen CF-C1's go for less than $200.
