Not sure if anyone needs this, but I have still-in-box Sierra Wireless 595U aircard. It's a USB dongle with battery signal amp, although you can take it apart and there's a MC8775 mini-PCIe card inside. Locked to Telus Mobility AFAIK (it's branded Telus and comes in a Telus box anyway.)
