Is there a bios update or something that will allow me to boot one of my 73 mk1's from usb?

Was actually hoping there might have been some form of update. I've used older plop before. Others as well, but if I'm gonna end up bootin from cd then I'll just go pup and run from ram ect. Now it's just trying to decide if these 73's are really worth the effort for myself. 1.5 gb ramm and 1.4 ghz isn't much more than a calculator on anything other than some linux and then it's still severely limited.

incoming twisted humor..

The problem is your spelling...
Boot it from the bus not the usb.
Hold CF73 in hand. Get ride on transit bus, ask driver to open door, use foot and BOOT CF73 from bus...

No offense intended to lovers of old equipment...just kidding guys..

Take Jeff up on his offer of the CF74's..newer,faster, and use SATA..

That is what I need to do. Troll the forums and gather myself an inter change compatibility list.

Also there are some cool paper thin speakers under the lid. I had scraped out/gave them all away until I found some in one last Mk1 or 2 unit.

Hmmnn wonder how much of a mod it would take to add something like that to the 30 or 74 case? Like under lids........
