CF-53 Mk3 for 460$, yes/no?

#1 Post by User32 »

Saw a 53 Mk3 on my local adverts site earlier today, should I buy it for that money or should I just get a 19 Mk6 instead?

Are you asking which is a better machine? Which is a better deal? Which has a higher profit margin?
Depends on what YOU want. We can't make that decision for you.
A CF 19 mk6 is very different from a CF 53.
One is a fully rugged convertible tablet and the other is a semi rugged laptop.
What do you want to use it for? Which is better suited for those needs?
Are you buying just to resell? If so, then you are on your own as buy//sell is a gamble. You never know what the market wants today.

Personally, I do not like CF 53's at all. I do own one and I scrapped one. The one I own was a gift or I would not own it.
CF 19's are small and handy at times. They make great in vehicle GPS units.
Personally, I prefer CF 31's and CF 52's.
Life will beat you into submission.

I saw that the 53 w/ TS models tend to have mobo issues, is this correct?
