To Paul, I will let you know. I'm not really good on software specially on this issue that I am having right now. I've tried taking out the Hdd and cd rom leaving only the flash drive and during boot up I made to a dos program and it seems that I need more file to execute the bios rom file. In short nothing happen. Can anybody suggest what to do next.

Teo I had four GUN's...now three...now two...my wife took one. My 12,000 hour one might be trade-able.....sell able. This 53 is growing on me. If it had red led's and the touchpad was 1/2 inch to the right, the 53 would be perfect.

OK my first 52 was one I stole (cheap)'cause it had a cracked screen. Replaced the screen and sold it to Shawn. Then the GUN showed up and I got several of those (long story) (average price $327). Then I dropped the Gun with screen open and cracked a $3.25 piece. (18 inches onto slate)Moral of the story is the 15 inch screen is too fragile.

Personally I think the 52GUN was the engineer working on ideas for a CF-53. They screwed up when they left the red led's out.

End of story.

The usb stick has to be bootable.

My screen is fine, well it looks it anyway but still trying to figure out whats wrong. It was starting up at one time but no picture on the screen or on a external monitor

Wait..Guys! I think there are some confusion here, Lol.. I don't need the 13" for CF-52 that's is why I traded to Jef for the drives that he sent to me. In return I send the top half to Morgan and then I bought another top half to Jef with 15" that installed to GUN model. The 13" screen that I ask to Jef are for my 3 unit CF-30 that has no LCD screen when I bought it only the bezel and cover included.

I'd like to work this display(15") into the GUN model. This is also my first CF-52.

To Shawn: no wonder I can't make it to work as the it need some executive file like on BIN file to work and I've seen no binary zip file on the private download. I will look again, maybe I'm looking on a separate way, Lol....Anyway, thanks

I thought you were thinking 52 touchscreen upper for the red backlights.
All is messed up here but I will look for the CF-30 with bad backlight...that's what you were asking for right? Pretty sure I got it right ...I was focused on red.
I may have a second one coming in later from a CF-30 parts unit.(MK2) Couple weeks.

Yes! Jef, a 13" screen only for CF-30. It messed up coz we are also talking 13" screen on CF-52 unit. lol..that's why Shawn also stun when you posted the red led. He think we gonna changed the backlight into red, Lol...Sorry! Shawn, lol...

To Morgan: You mean to say that you have a complete top half unit of CF-52GUN(13" screen) with dead backlight? Let me know maybe I can repair it then buy it from you.
