Is there a way to backup the CF-51 BIOS?

Also does anyone know the difference in the CF-51P/Q BIOS?

I know on BIOS software I have used in the past there were switches to backup the BIOS before you flashed a new one in case you wanted to revert back.
Does anyone know those switches or commands?
