More of an info video rather than how-to, but this guy has a big following. Really shows you the build quality of these things if you haven't seen one disassembled before. Also shows you how much trouble it is to take one apart. :)

That's Dave from EEVBlog.
He does a lot of videos. Very funny guy, and he knows his stuff. Usually he is more gentle on his tear downs. He does a lot of reviews on equipment.

Yes they are, I still got to take my Mk2 I fixed with Mk1 parts back apart. Touch isn't working so most likely I screwed up on the cable install.
