Here is an image from about 10 years ago when I worked for my old company. This is a Dell Inspiron laptop which the customer claimed "Got damaged in shipping", they complained about it, returned it and then 2 days later they called stating that they wanted to PAY for the repair. Obviously we replaced the entire assembly.

This is the picture of the "damage in shipping"...

Yes, that is a 9MM bullet hole...

Hmmnnnn. I will try to get some damage pix from the guys I ride with, when they are in town, from 160th and 5th SFG. They have shown me ones that have burned in with the vehicle they dropped with.
