Panasonic HHC

#1 Post by Springfield »

Was looking around on Craigs List and came across an ad for a Panasonic Hand Held Computer. Said it came with a printer, so I send the seller a message asking for more details, thinking maybe a nice U1 with portable printer. Boy was I surprised when he sent me back this pic.

Apparently is was used by traveling insurance guys and similar back in the 80's. Not exactly rugged but one of the first truly portable computers, even had its own programming language called SNAP. More here:

$100, about the same as others on Fleabay, except this one includes a nice custom fit case. I have more use for $100 than a cool antique computer right now, but can forward the link if you want to contact him.
