FZ-A1, Android and Xmeye

#1 Post by SHEEPMAN! »

New learning curve.

Android is like a toy in a way with all the pretty pictures.

What I want.

Xmeye to monitor cameras from Mom's (in-law) store on Android Tablet so when my daughter is waiting for the cops she can see what's going on inside.

Four incidents of glass breakage with one forced entry this month.

Xmeye works fine from here over the net. Forcing my single/sole use of Internet Exploder. The cameras are in place. Activex program installed on the CF-53AA....download from xmeye.

Now I see Xmeye recommending Vmeye for android.

My confusion is the lack of set-up information for the Android device. Translation issues partly to blame.

The question:

Has anyone set up/used vmeye on a phone or tablet?

Thanks,

J
Fair for you/ Fair for me.
I chose to NOT be organized.

In case that one doesn't help, try this one..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAo8WM-VnFw

I could be wrong, but I seem to think I remember Azrial working with remote cameras for his security gigs...

I am about to learn Android so I can not be any help.

A buddy brought me a honkin big Android phone (tablet?) from Saudi, got it up and running today. Big learning curve, took me 5 min to figure out how to get rid of the cover screen and get to the apps and settings. :o
CF-29LTQ,CF-31SBM,CF-52youngGUN,

Life's Journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways totally worn-out shouting 'Woo Hoo! What a ride!

Motorsports - the only real sport. If it doesn't have a motor, it is just a game.

There is always something waiting at the end of the road, if you are not willing to see what it is, you probably shouldn't be out there in the first place.
