Glad to hear you're getting back on your feet! I put in a prayer request with my church a while back when I heard you were in the hospital. Like mklym said, we are all a pm away if you need anything!

An update plus an important message.

I am doing ok except for fatigue, anxiety, and my brain feeling slightly tilted. :cyclops:

I read an article on post stroke fatigue..It's very common and is not related to the severity of the stroke...Personally, it's a beast to deal with..If you have had a stroke or know someone, this information will help understanding what's going on...

Greetings,

So today makes exactly 6 months since the stroke....
Fatigue and anxiety are the major symptoms I still struggle with.
Fatigue is easy, I just sleep all weekend...Anxiety I had to start taking Xanax as needed...Usually once or twice a week.

For this moment of this day, I am ok....

Greetings Shawn,

Thank you for the update. Some anniversary, eh? Hope you are around for many more.

I was thinking "SOAB Shawn had a stroke??? WTH????? He's a nice guy hope.........." Then I saw the date ............ :pat: .............. Glad ur not in my neighbourhood. I'd Benny Hill smack you upside the head for a fright like that. GLAD as heck your coming along there Shawn. Damn near had one myself there.

Geeze. I almost accidentally ordered a framed print.

Keep on getting better and take care of yourself.

I have a laser printer and photo paper.

What's your address?

My skin is such a pretty shade of blue...
