Onlooker, I have a multimeter and an adjustable DC power supply, as well as a couple Toughbooks. What I don't have is the time to run tests. I am helping a buddy try and save his company, after the last office manager did all he could to sink it. There is myself and the owner trying to do the work that 5 people previously did. The last 3 weeks were all 15-16hr days, including weekends. I wish you good luck with your tests, please post the results.
