Lithium Ion Battery Pack

#1 Post by Reckless »

I recently bought a Lind Max Power 60 Lithium Ion battery pack which has been discontinued for $350. I was debating whether there was a better choice out there?

Is it possible to charge the computer through USB port? My 4k tablet hardly lasts 45 mins with full brightness

No, you cannot charge a laptop or tablet thru its USB port, unless it has a special charge port built just for that. Standard USB port only supplies power and cannot consume it.

Has anyone used any other battery packs with their toughbooks out on the field?

This is a great device and I have used it once so far. I don't know how many hours it will charge my Toughpad. It would have been nicer if it was shaped like a cube instead of a big rectangle.
