Best Auto/Air Adapter for Panasonic Toughbooks/ToughPads

#1 Post by Reckless »

I have tried a few, some from china and this one seems to work the best for me. I like how its small and light and easy to carry. It's only 72 watts which seems enough to power my toughpad.

Anyone have any better car adapters they recommend? I have too many cars and need to put a charger in all of them. This one ran me $24 shipped from amazon but now they bumped the price up to $35.

The Thinkpad 72W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter, P/N 73P4485 is the non-Panasonic adapter that a lot of us use. They can be found on eBay for as cheap as $10-$15. The preferred adapter for Toughbooks are made by Lind, but they are pricey. HTH.

So what? I guess it would be better to pay more for the unit and about the same for shipping from another site. If you can get anything bigger than a letter sent from the U.S. for less than $25, share the knowledge. :)
