And I need to get the Admin rights for it- I contacted the seller but they do not return any messages. Is there anyway to fix this? I'd hate to do a total OS install :pat:

Oh boy...now we/you have a problem. Did the seller say it had a BIOS password ? We stay away from any Toughbook that has a password...good for parts if it's cheap enough. You can turn on and off your WIFI ??

If your BIOS has TPM installed you may have to live with the password. You can try unplugging from mains, removing the battery, removing the bottom plate, removing the CMOS battery and also the RAM and then try to start it up. It will not boot, of course. Reinstall everything and try it out. I have cleared one laptop like that...
