That basement is fabulous. They are rare where I live (water table is too high, soil too mushy).

FWIW, the "pipes" that enclose the wiring coming from your power panel are known as EMT (electrical metallic tubing).

Anyway, glad you got into your house. And thanks for all you do keeping the site running.
