The most I have used my 19 is in my dads 4x4. It's a 1994 f150 and that is the same cab as used on the f250. How is your dock mounted? And what angle do you have the antenna angled at?

... I don't quite have the dock yet; it's a Christmas gift to myself. But, I do know that setting it on the dash is the only way to get signal.

Yes! It can be done pretty easy. Sorry! Rob you maybe confused. sub..t'n, here is what you gonna do but it require to open up the buttom cover of the unit(see manual). Assuming that the unit are ready, bottom out. ldentify the wi-fi passthru connector and then pull out the two plug on connector on it. Then directly plug in the wi-fi cable to the wi-fi card. Now! you have an spare jumper, measure that jumper If it can plug it in all the way to GPS module If not you need an spare coax. that is long enough from passthru con.. all the way to the GPS module. here is the block diagram for your reference. Enjoy!!

PS. I have done this so many times as per customer requirements from CF-28, CF-29, CF-30, CF-18 and CF-19 toughbook.
