The way the motherboards are made, no.

I have done this to one of my CF-30's. I used a external GPU though the express card slot. You just have to use a external screen. I do see this kind of technology coming back. MSI just released a laptop with a dock it plugs into. It's called the GS30. You dock your laptop and then you have a desktop video card on a external screen.

Also older single core thinkpads had the advanced dock. It had a 300w power supply built into the dock and you could put in a full X 16 pci video card. Although you were limited on some choices.

Wrong. 19 Mk5 only has a HDG3000.

Mk6+ 19 have a HDG4000

In 2012 non of us had one, LOL, this thread does need a big update with the newer models added as well.
