Re: Calibration from a single terminal.

[F9] used to be set to defaults. I never read the fine print since. :) Looks like this Mint doesn't use xorg.conf.d. So it's either make a directory or use /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-yada yada. In the olden days we used to make a directory...Usually it was Mint. xinput_calibrator --list jay@jaymi...

Re: Calibration from a single terminal.

This after [F9] set to defaults? I would expect auto setting for default.

Re: Calibration from a single terminal.

Teo one time said the thing about booting twice. It writes over / deletes anomalies in the secret recesses between bios and the OS. Like registry in a way. I was thinking the old 99-calib file was asking for the touchscreen v.s. tablet. The numbers, if there, were way outside tablet parameters. Stra...

Re: Calibration from a single terminal.

A battery pull reset might be beneficial.....just the main battery.

Re: Calibration from a single terminal.

Meanwhile with as many devices installed as shown in your reports above, I'd unplug any peripheral usb devices and re-boot twice...stand-by first while I check settings.

Oh, are you using calibration from the menu or terminal?

Be right back.
