The time and date are current and stay the same. Some stuff sticks, I installed a Gobi4000 and the settings are good. But I went to change the cpu to disable vt-d and a few other things and they wont stay set.

I have a CF-52VAABY1M and when I go to change settings in the bios, they appear to save but are back to before after a reboot. Anybody have any idea why or how to fix? Thanks, Justin

You don't need to tear it apart.... The newer CF52 will only accept a SATA DVD drive.... The older CF52's use a PATA ..DVD drive.... The drive in the photo is a PATA.... It will plug in but will not work.... My CF52P must have a SATA drive, but oddly enough my CF52M will accept either PATA or SATA....
