The CF-20 sucked because the dGPS and 4G LTE were mutually exclusive.... Albeit the EM7455 has GPS built into it anyways so yeah, get a 4G LTE Toughbook branded EM7455 on Ebay and install it to get GPS.

To the OP, this is a manufactures defect. You will be SOL on this as both the motherboard and keyboard will need to be replaced. The CF-20 MK1 and CF-33 manufactured before 2018 all had this issue. We've seen THOUSANDS of motherboards and keyboards replaced under warranty due to this issue too at Ru...

Yes in the MK1, it 100% should show in the BIOS as they have their own serial numbers too! See attached! Got an answer today from my main POC at 8:23AM. He was out last week on vaca (Didn't send an auto-reply either).... Anyways his tech guy will be in tomorrow so I should have an answer on the 2nd LAN retrofit by COB tomorrow.
