Look for the model number on the BIOS page.
I bet it is different than the one on the sticker.

The Air Force Toughbooks have blue locktite on them. And a LOT of it. Factory Toughbooks have a small amount on the threads of certain screws. I have seen red(orange) and blue (NO, not purple).
