Have you tried the drivers from the Panasonic driver download page ? Did it work before you upgraded to W10.

$400 is not unrealistic for a used Toughbook, or? Less for my MK1 From what I have read so far there is a CF 31 MK2 i7 that was a high-end Toughbook which was special ordered by customers. So you are saying you only want to pay $400.00 for this Toughbook ? If so you are not going to find one. You are asking for an awful lot for just $400.00

Have you restarted the 31 since? You could shut it down and pull the battery out and hold down the power button for 20 seconds then put the battery back in and start it up and see if it still does it.

I know this is an old thread but this was a good place to go for free service manuals but it seams to be down now as off now . Last time I checked it was 6 months ago and it was working. Hope it's not gone for good.
