I recently picked up a Windows 10 Pro Toughpad FZ-M1 at what seemed like a good price. It appears to have had a fresh installation of Win10 Pro on the 256GB SSD, but the Panasonic utilities don't seem to be available. Is there some way to reinstall them?. I think Apple deliberately broke iTunes with 12. They turned it into a selling platform, and not a music library organization one. Thanks for the comments, now that you mention it I vaguely remember being unhappy with the change from 11 to 12. You make very good points. I never really used the feat...

The take away for now is to get iTunes 11, I need OSX El Capitan. For that I need an HFS+ formatted drive. I think I can actually mix drive types in an OSX system, but that's another rabbit hole... I know I want to upgrade to APFS+ for the SSD drive, but I think doing that also forces me to change ...

But if I went and bought a new MacBook, I would be stuck with whatever I bought. And SSD drives are proving that while faster, they can't handle constant I/O. And platter drives also had a shelf life. So if I bought a new MacBook, I would either be forced to use their cloud services when I ran out ...

I was OldGator on NBR for a couple of years but had never been able to register here because of a Captcha problem. Now that NBR is gone Rob worked around the Captcha problem and I was able to create an account. As far as I know, it would not have been possible to transfer memberships from NBR to TBT...
