when i purchased this toughbook the touch screen was working properly then stopped all of a sudden.

now when i try to use the touchscreen the cursor moves to the sides of the screen and what looks like a mouse pops up on the screen.

well that problem solved after restarting.

but i can not get the touchscreen to do anything, other than when i touch the screen the pointer goes all the way to the right of the screen.

nothing showing up in device manager to do with touch screen also.

I reloaded my cf-30ctsazbm with windows 7. it previously had dual partition of 7 and xp.
the problem i am having is when i try to run the tpsetup for the touch screen i get the following message...
installation isn't complete

can someone please help!

I have a cf30 model cf-30ctsazbm purchased a couple of years ago loaded with both xp and 7 i thought it would be a good idea as one of the programs i use for my business will not work on 7. well over time i decided not to use that program making xp unimportant to me. plus the partition takes up 38 g...
