That is probably from a third party seller not Walmart themself. They have opened up were others some time scammers can sell on there site now. It does NOT look right to me as well. Is GPS turned on in BIOS? I havent had one of these but all the older models you had to have it turned on in the BIOS for it to work.

Have you tried just loading the APK of what you are trying to run. You don't have to have the store to upload them on android. Just have to go into settings and allow "non market apps" to install. Once complete you can turn that back on. "unless Panasonic has something locked down on ...

Same files are on my 19MK6

If the hardware is the same (same camera type) that will work. But some of the other drivers will have to be swapped for the Mk6 drivers. It should boot and work though.

I haven't personally tried mine over 16gb of ram with two 8gb sticks. But I have read where others have used 32 gb in their machines. The newer toughbooks aren't as picky about RAM as the older ones were.

Just have to put in a higher stick of ram to get that memory back.

Is this going from a Mk6 to a Mk6. The Mk3 to Mk8 chassis should all be the same. But I have seen some of the daughterboards marked with what MK they come from. May have to swap out all of your daughterboards as well.
